I pack a bag, just a small backpack. I fill a couple of water bottles, grab an apple and a muesli bar before I call the dog and jump in the car.
I haven’t got a plan, I just drive. I’m always driving down the same roads thinking same thoughts, so now I will drive down a different road so I can think a different thought.
If the car stops, I will walk.
If I get hungry, I will find food.
If I get thirsty, I will find water.
And if I become lonely? Well, I’ve got my dog.
